Our Investment Opportunities
We invest in fee-simple, leasehold or first lien interests in residential and commercial properties located in recreational communities, primarily in the mountain west. These properties are characterized by more than one of the following attributes:
- Require acquisition and development of $1 million to $10 million;
- Offer value-add opportunities such as: lease-up, re-plat, renovate, reposition, redevelop to highest and best use;
- Are valued at a significant discount to replacement cost;
- Are inefficiently managed or financed;
- Possess complex ownership or other hairy issues;
- Offer current returns in addition to capital appreciation.

Cedar House partners offers a variety of custom tailored asset and property management services that fit the needs of our clients that own both commercial and residential properties. Whether state of the art commercial buildings, vintage historic buildings, residential resort properties, or unimproved land, we have the team in place to handle your real estate management needs.
At present we manage approximately $100,000,000 in commercial and residential property with several hundred acres of land, approximately 1,250 feet of lake frontage and approximately 200,000 square feet of improved space.
