Nina Latimer

Nina has 15+ years experience working for owners and developers on the management of millions of square feet of office and retail properties in various markets across the U.S. She has been responsible for acquisition underwriting, leasing, construction management, improving operational performance, development and implementation of sustainability initiatives, investor and lender relations and disposition efforts as part of her asset management duties. Nina strives to achieve results that benefit her tenants, investors and colleagues. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University.

Nina lives in the majestic Flathead Valley. She enjoys spending her free time in the great outdoors and exploring new places with family and friends.
